Indogypsy is a fusion of ancient & sacred dance forms drawing from Gypsy & Indian cultures,with a blend of the fluid movements of the healing art form: belly dance.
The fluid movements of Indogypsy dance balance energy meridians and strengthen organs throughout the body.Indogypsy dance concentrates the energy into the core centre of the body and pelvic area; the area of self empowerment and creative energy.Indogypsy also embraces the etheral energy within the upper body expressive movements with ancient mudras.The total body isolations can help strengthen and greatly relieve stress to the spine by releasing daily compression that can occur from prolonged sitting and poor posture.Indogypsy dance is an excellent form of stress reduction as it is emotionally expressive.
It lengthens one’s posture whilst physically recruiting vital muscle groups.The body’s intelligence is enhanced due to the multi-dimensional isolations.A greater sense of self awareness can be realised.
